What information does Bet History show?
Bet History displays information about each of your game plays. For each game you can view:
Unique game ID.
Game date and time.
Amount staked.
Amount won.
Outcome.
You can search for game information by game ID or game criteria. You can also drill down into a specific game to view more detailed information.
Where to find your Bet History
Desktop
In the left-hand panel, select Bingo.
Go into any bingo room.
Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the bingo room.
Select Bet History.
Use the calendar to choose the day you want to review.
Tap the game you want more information about.
Here you can see the Game Date, Bet Status, Game ID, Stake, and Win.
To view the full details of a game, click the arrow next to the Game ID. This opens a page showing all game information, including tickets, stakes, prizes, and winning numbers.
App
Go to the Menu at the bottom of the screen and select Bingo.
Select any bingo room.
Tap the icon at the top right, next to your balance.
Select Bet History.
Use the calendar to choose the day you want to review.
Tap the game you want more information about.
Here you can see the Game Date, Bet Status, Stake, and Win.
What does it all mean?
Field | Description |
Game ID | A unique identifier given to each game play |
Game date | Date and time the game play commenced |
Bet amount | The total amount staked during the game play |
Paid | The amount won on this game |
Outcome | The result of the game play, see below |
Outcomes explained
Settled – the game has been completed and has a result:
Result | Meaning |
Won | The amount won is more than the amount staked |
Lost | The amount staked is more than the amount won |
Draw | The amount staked is equal to the amount won |
Void – the game was voided by the system and your stakes have been refunded.
Unsettled – the game has not yet been completed:
Status | Meaning |
Pending | The game is currently being played, or you have purchased tickets in advance and the game is yet to play out |
