Log in to your account.

Go to My Account.

Select Bet History.

Choose Sports or Casino.

For Sports bets, choose Open or Settled.

Find the relevant bet or game session and select the arrow to expand its details.

Sports and Casino: Switch between your Sports bets and Casino game activity.

Open: Select Open to view bets that have not yet been settled.

Bet status: Shows that the bet is currently Open.

Sport, selection and odds: The sport icon identifies the sport. Your selection and the odds taken are displayed alongside it.

Stake and potential returns: Shows the amount placed and the potential return if the bet wins.

Event: Shows the event linked to your bet. If the event has not been settled, select the event name to go directly to it.

Transaction ID or Bet ID: Select the copy icon displayed next to the ID to copy it. You may need it when contacting Customer Service.

Sports and Casino: Switch between your Sports bets and Casino game activity.

Settled: Select Settled to view completed bets.

Bet result: Shows whether the bet was Won, Lost or Cashed Out.

Sport, selection and odds: The sport icon identifies the sport. Your selection and the odds taken are displayed alongside it.

Transaction ID or Bet ID: Select the copy icon displayed next to the ID to copy it. You may need it when contacting Customer Service.

Multiple bet type and combined odds: The bet name identifies the type of multiple bet, while the figure displayed alongside it shows the combined odds.

Selections: Displays all the selections included in the multiple bet.

Individual selection details: Each selection displays its own odds, status, market, event, competition and event date.

Cashed Out status: After you complete a Cash Out, the bet moves from Open to Settled and displays the Cashed Out status.

Stake and Cashed Out amount: Shows the amount placed and the amount received through Cash Out.

Add Unsettled Legs to Betslip: Select this option to add the selections that were still unsettled when the bet was cashed out to your betslip. You can then review them before placing a new bet.

Casino: Select Casino to view your Casino game activity.

Month: Game sessions are grouped by month.

Game session: Displays the game name. Select the arrow to expand or collapse the session.

Session summary: Start displays when the session began. Game P&L is the total returns minus the total stakes placed during that game session.

Transaction ID or Bet ID: Select the copy icon displayed next to the ID to copy it. You may need it when contacting Customer Service about a Casino game session.

Round history: Expand a session to view its individual game rounds. Each row displays the Time, Stake and Return.

Load More: Select Load More to display additional rounds when the full session history is not shown.
