Proof of Address requirements
The documents required depend on how you verify your identity:

Passport or national ID card | 2 separate documents dated within the last 6 months. |
Note: All documents must have been issued within the last 6 months and show your full name and address exactly as registered on your account.
How to obtain your Proof of Address documents
Utility bill → Download the latest PDF bill from your utility provider's online account.
Insurance letter → Download your current policy schedule from your insurer's customer portal or request a copy from your broker.
Revenue Commissioners letter → Sign in to Revenue myAccount and download a Statement of Liability or Tax Credit Certificate.
Government letter → Log in to MyWelfare or request correspondence from the Department of Social Protection.

Once documents are uploaded, they are reviewed as quickly as possible.

Additional checks: up to 72 hours

If verification cannot be completed
If the required documents are not provided, or if they cannot be verified, your account may remain restricted.
While restricted, you may be unable to:
Deposit
Withdraw
Place bets or wagers using real funds or bonus funds
Restrictions remain in place until both identity and proof of address have been successfully verified.

Up to 28 days to verify your address

Name changes
If you have changed your name, contact us and provide one of the following:
