Why was my withdrawal failed?
In some cases, your payment provider may reject the transaction.
If this happens:
The funds will be returned to your account balance
You may need to update or add valid payment details to retry the withdrawal
Why is my withdrawal being held?
Withdrawals may be temporarily held for the following reasons:
Deposits not fully cleared (e.g. chargebacks or reversals)
Account verification still pending
