Purchasing tickets
Every Superbooks game has a maximum ticket allocation. You will always play with the full allocation, choosing how many are Free and how many are Super.
To play with all Free Tickets, click Confirm.
To purchase Super Tickets, use the slider to select the number you want. The remaining tickets will be automatically allocated as Free Tickets.
Free Tickets can be upgraded to Super Tickets at any time before ticket sales close.
Manually selected tickets automatically become Super Tickets. Free Tickets cannot be manually selected.
Super Tickets are marked with a Superbooks logo watermark. Free Tickets appear unmarked.
Advance purchase
Advance purchase is only available for Super Tickets.
If you purchase at least one Super Ticket in advance and are present in the room during the purchase period, the remaining tickets up to the maximum allocation will be allocated as Free Tickets.
If you purchase at least one Super Ticket in advance but are not present in the room during the purchase period, you will only play with the Super Tickets purchased in advance. No Free Tickets will be allocated.
Gameplay
The game proceeds according to the rules of the selected bingo variant, for example 90 ball or 75 ball. Refer to the relevant help articles for specific variant rules.
Prizes and jackpots
Free Ticket prizes are fixed amounts.
Super Ticket prizes start higher than Free Ticket prizes and increase with the number of players participating.
Only Full House wins achieved with a Super Ticket qualify for jackpots. Free Ticket wins do not qualify, even if Super Tickets were also purchased in the same game.
Win animations and Bet History will clearly indicate whether a prize was won with a Free Ticket or a Super Ticket.
Split prizes
When multiple tickets win the same prize:
If all winning tickets are the same type, the prize is split equally between them.
If winning tickets are a mix of Free and Super, each ticket receives a proportional share of its respective prize pool.
Example:
Super Prize pool: €50. Free Prize pool: €10.
One Free Ticket and one Super Ticket win.
The Super Ticket wins €25 (50% of the €50 Super Prize pool).
The Free Ticket wins €5 (50% of the €10 Free Prize pool).
