Free tickets
Free tickets can be used in specific games and/or rooms and have a value assigned to them.
Free tickets have the same chance of winning as a normal ticket.
Some tickets may have an expiry date. If not used before this date, they will automatically cancel.
You must use your most recent free tickets before any other free tickets become redeemable from the queue.
You can redeem tickets from any room that has active free tickets by clicking the Free button.
Free tickets cannot be used on games where BOGOF or any other free tickets are available.
Free tickets cannot be used for pre-buy.
Game Entry Tickets
Game Entry Tickets are awarded in a game or session. You will receive a pop-up notification in bingo letting you know when the game or session is and how many tickets you need to claim.
If you are awarded Game Entry Tickets in a session, you will receive tickets in every game in that session.
Finding your Game Entry Tickets
Depending on how your screen is set up, there are two ways to find your Game Entry Tickets:
If the brand logo is displayed on the top left, check the Schedule to view upcoming games with Game Entry Tickets. These games are highlighted with a Star icon. A red star means you still need to claim your tickets.
If the brand logo is displayed in the centre, select My Tickets from the main menu to view upcoming games with Game Entry Tickets. A Claim Game Entry Tickets button will show how many tickets are available.
Claiming your tickets
To claim your Game Entry Tickets, do one of the following before ticket sales close:
Buy tickets in advance for the game, or
Enter the room at least 40 seconds before ticket sales close.
You can also open the mini room to claim your Game Entry Tickets. You will not receive your tickets if you do not claim them.
Bet history
Game Entry Ticket awards are only visible in Bet History if you have successfully claimed them. They are identified with a § symbol.
Jackpot eligibility
You are eligible to win a jackpot with a Game Entry Ticket as long as the ticket price in the game is not €0.00.
In some instances, jackpots may be set up to exclude Game Entry Ticket holders from being eligible for a jackpot prize. If you are unsure of a win result, contact Bingo Support.
Reward Tickets
Reward Tickets are awarded in bingo games by meeting certain win criteria, such as XTG. They give you an allocation to a specifically scheduled game, known as the target game.
When a game is configured to pay out as Reward Tickets, a notification will appear in the game, and the room information panel will show Reward Tickets in the prize panel.
Receiving your Reward Tickets
If you are online when you win, your tickets will be automatically allocated to the target game. You can view them in the My Tickets section.
If you are not logged in when you win, you will receive a pop-up notification when you next log in, and the tickets will be automatically allocated, provided the target game has not already started.
How prizes are split
Per Player – you receive one prize if at least one of your tickets matches the win criteria.
Per Ticket – you receive one prize for every ticket matching the win criteria.
The total prize paid out may not always match the advertised prize, depending on how the prize is split between all eligible tickets and players.
Bet history
Reward Tickets won will appear in your bet history in the area corresponding to the win criteria that awarded them. Reward Tickets used in the target game are identified with a § symbol.
