Keeping your device and browser cache clear helps prevent loading issues, stuck games, and graphical glitches. Follow the steps below for your device type.
iOS
Clear Safari cache and cookies
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and select Apps.
Find and tap Safari.
Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Ensure All history and Close tabs are selected, then tap Clear History.
Clear app cache on iPhone
iPhones do not provide a direct option to clear cache for most apps. To fully clear cached files, the app must be deleted and reinstalled.
Delete the app:
Locate the app on your Home Screen.
Press and hold the app icon.
Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
Confirm by tapping Delete.
This removes the app and its locally stored data, including cache.
Reinstall the app:
Open the App Store.
Search for the app name.
Tap the Download icon.
Wait for installation to complete, then open the app.
Android
Clear Chrome cache and cookies
Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Clear browsing data.
Set the time range to All time.
Tap Clear data.
