1. Singles Only

Bets on Entertainment and non-sporting events are available as singles only, unless otherwise stated on the website.

2. Awards

2.1 Settlement of Bets

Bets will be settled based on the official result announced during the awards ceremony on the day. Any subsequent appeal or disqualification will not count.

If an award is refused or not accepted, this will be disregarded for settlement purposes and that selection will still be deemed the winner.

If an award is presented jointly, Dead Heat Rules will apply.

If an awards ceremony or event is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be void unless the result of the specified market has already been announced.

3. Big Brother & Reality TV Shows

3.1 Official Results

Bets will be settled on the official results. Any subsequent issue will be disregarded.

3.2 Non-Participating Contestants

All stakes will be void on any contestant who fails to participate in the competition. Rule 4 may apply.

3.3 Withdrawals

In outright markets, any competitor who withdraws after the show has started will be settled as a loser.

3.4 Evictions

A participant will be deemed to have been evicted when they leave the show.

In eviction markets, any contestant leaving voluntarily or removed by the programme will be settled as a loser.

3.5 Cancelled Evictions

If an eviction is cancelled and the voting process starts again, all bets on that market will be void.

3.6 Re-Entering Contestants

If a participant re-enters the show after being evicted or removed, they will be deemed a new contestant and previous bets will not stand.

Contestants who withdraw and later return will also be treated as new contestants.

3.7 Multiple Evictions

If two or more contestants leave during the same eviction and the sequence of eviction is clear, the official sequence will stand.

If the sequence is not clear, Dead Heat Rules will apply.

3.8 Series Cancellation

If a series is cancelled prematurely, all open bets will be void and stakes returned unless an official result has already been declared.

3.9 New Contestants

Any new contestants introduced after the market opens will be added to the original market.

4. X-Factor, Strictly Come Dancing, Britain's Got Talent and Other International Talent Shows

4.1 Simultaneous Eliminations

If two or more contestants are eliminated at the same time, Dead Heat Rules will apply.

4.2 Non-Participating Contestants

If a contestant fails to take part, bets on that contestant will be void and Rule 4 may apply.

4.3 Settlement

Settlement will be based on the official result declared on the night. Any subsequent issue will be disregarded.

4.4 Competition Entry

All bets are settled according to the way a contestant originally entered the competition.

Any deviation, such as a solo artist subsequently joining a group, will be deemed a losing selection.

4.5 Additional Competitors

Additional competitors may be added at a later stage. The winner announced on the day will be deemed the winner for betting purposes.

4.6 Withdrawals

Any competitor who withdraws after the show has started will be settled as a loser in Outright markets.

5. Eurovision and Miss World

5.1 Settlement

Settlement will be based on the official result declared on the night. Any subsequent issue will be disregarded.

Dead Heat Rules may apply.

5.2 Match Bets

5.3 To Qualify Markets

To Qualify bets on the Semi Finals will be settled according to the official result announced on the night of the event.

Any subsequent issue will be disregarded.

6. Christmas Number 1

6.1 Additional Artists

Singles or bands not included in the original betting market may be added to the market at any time.

6.2 Collaborations

Bets placed on an artist who combines with another artist or artists will only stand if the specific collaboration has been confirmed at the time the bet is placed.

7. Love Island

In outright markets, if an unnamed couple wins, all bets will be settled as losers, as "Others on Request" was available.

8. Christmas Day TV Ratings

Markets relating to the most viewed television programme in the UK will be settled according to the viewing figures recorded by BARB (Broadcasters Audience Research Board).

9. Snow on Christmas Day

For the purposes of this market, a single snowflake must be observed falling during the 24 hours of 25 December at the weather station located at the relevant international airport.

The maximum payout on any bet placed on Entertainment or non-sporting markets is £10,000, unless otherwise stated for a particular event.

This maximum applies to the payout to any one customer on any one day. Dead Heat Rules and Rule 4 deductions may apply.
