1. Postponements

If a specific event (determined after the final competitor list is known) is suspended or postponed, bets will remain valid provided that the event is completed on the same run and at the same venue within 36 hours.

If the event takes place on a different run or at a different venue, all bets will be void and stakes will be returned.

2. Outright Betting

Unless otherwise stated, betting is offered on an 'all-in run or not' basis. No refunds will be given for non-starters.

Podium positions and all other results will be determined by the official prize-giving ceremony immediately after the event and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries.

All events will be settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing association.

If a two-round event is not fully completed but an official result is declared by the FIS, bets will be settled according to the official results sheet. If no official result is declared, all bets will be void.

3. Group Betting

If one or more participants fail to take part in a specified event, all bets will be void.

4. Head-to-Head Betting (Match Betting)

4.1 Downhill and Super G

Both skiers must leave the start gate for bets to stand.

If both skiers fail to finish, all bets will be void.

4.2 Slalom and Giant Slalom

Both skiers must leave the start gate for bets to stand.

If neither competitor or team finishes in an event consisting of two or more runs, the number of completed runs will determine the winner.

The competitor with the higher placing after the first run will be deemed the winner.

If both competitors fail to finish the first run, all bets will be void.

4.3 Ski Jumping

Both ski jumpers must leave the start gate for bets to stand.

If neither competitor completes the first jump, bets will be void.

If only one competitor finishes the event, that competitor will be deemed the winner.

If both competitors fail to qualify for the second jump, the competitor with the better placing after the first jump will be deemed the winner.

4.4 Cross Country

If either competitor or team fails to start, bets will be void.

If neither competitor or team finishes the race, bets will be void.

If only one competitor finishes, that competitor will be deemed the winner.

If one competitor progresses through the prologue while the other fails, the competitor progressing through the prologue will be deemed the winner.

4.5 All Other Winter Sports Head-to-Head Markets

Both participants or teams quoted in the head-to-head market must leave the start line for bets to stand.

5. Curling

The winner will be determined by the team with the highest score after all ends have been completed.

Bets will be settled including any extra ends played.
