How to request a market
Follow these steps, if the market you want is not listed, you can make a request.
Open the event you want to bet on.
Check the markets listed for that match.
If your market is not shown, Message Us.
Navigate to: Sports → Placing a bet → I can't find the market or event I want to bet on → Price request.
Enter the Sport Type and Event Description.
Select No, submit the request as is.
Click Price Request to submit your request.
What happens next?
Your request will be sent directly to our traders for review.
If the market can be offered, it is usually made available within a few hours. We recommend checking again closer to the start of the event.
If the market is still unavailable, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a price on it.
