Dormant accounts

Dormant Account Policy.

When does your account become dormant?

Your account may become dormant if there is no activity on it for 13 consecutive months.

For the purposes of determining account activity, the following actions will prevent your account from becoming dormant:

  • Making a deposit

  • Making a withdrawal

  • Placing a sports bet

  • Placing a casino wager

  • Purchasing a bingo ticket

Even if you log in during that period but do not perform any of the actions above, your account will still be considered dormant.

What happens if your account becomes dormant?

If your account has a balance, we will contact you in writing at least 30 days before your account becomes dormant to:

  • remind you of the size of your balance

  • advise you that you still have a right to access your funds by contacting us within the 30-day period

What happens to your funds after 13 months?

If your account remains dormant after the 30-day notice period, your funds will be transferred to the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI). No fees will be deducted from your balance before transfer.

To reclaim your funds, you will need to contact GRAI directly at https://www.grai.ie/

How to reactivate your account

If your account has become dormant and you wish to reactivate it, contact us at [email protected].

If you are reactivating your account solely to withdraw your balance and do not plan to continue using it, we recommend closing your account once the withdrawal is complete.

Marketing messages

While your account is dormant, you may continue to receive marketing communications if your marketing preferences are opted in. To opt out, contact us at [email protected].
