Why this happens
This can happen when you opt into a Deposit Match promotion. These offers may be displayed as either:
Casino Deposit Match, where the reward is usually credited as Casino Bonus Funds.
Sports Deposit Match, where the reward may be credited as a Sports Free Bet.
The promotion title will usually show the matching percentage, maximum reward and reward type, for example, “200% Casino Deposit Match up to $/€1,200” or “Sports Deposit Match up to $/€250 Sports Free Bet”.
When you opt into a promotion that converts your deposit into bonus funds, your full qualifying deposit is moved to your bonus balance. These funds are locked and cannot be withdrawn as cash until you complete the promotion’s wagering requirements.

How do Casino Bonus Funds become withdrawable cash?
Casino Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements specific to each promotion. You must complete these requirements within the timeframe stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Once you have completed the wagering requirements, any remaining eligible funds will be converted into withdrawable cash.
How do Sports Free Bets work?
Sports Free Bets are subject to different conditions and do not convert directly into withdrawable cash. Depending on the promotion, they may:
Only be used on sports.
Be placed as one bet or split across several smaller bets.
Return only winnings that exceed the Free Bet stake.
Be unavailable for Cash Out.
Need to be placed separately from cash bets.
Expire if they are not used within the specified timeframe.

Can I opt out once I’ve started?
If you have not used any of the bonus funds or Free Bet, Message Us and we can check whether the promotion can be removed.
Once you have started wagering with the promotional funds, the promotion cannot be reversed.
What happens if I don’t complete the Casino wagering requirements?
If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the promotion’s validity period, any remaining Casino Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account.

What happens if I don’t use my Sports Free Bet?
Your Sports Free Bet will expire if you do not use it within the timeframe stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Once it has expired, the Free Bet will be removed from your account and cannot be used or withdrawn.
