To participate in a game:

Log in to the bingo client.
Enter a room.
Purchase your tickets before the game starts.

Make sure you buy your tickets before the countdown reaches 0, otherwise you will only be able to buy tickets for the next game.

Once the game starts, the Caller will call out numbers for you to daub on your tickets to match the pattern required. By default, the game automatically daubs all matching numbers on your tickets, but you can change this to manually daub your own cards. Either way, any win will be automatically granted.

The winner is the first player to match all the numbers on their tickets with the pattern in play.

Good to know

"X to go"

The "x to go" term reflects how many numbers matching the required pattern you still need on your tickets. For example, "1 to go" means you need one more number to be called to win. Each ticket in play will show an "x to go" value to help you understand your chances across multiple tickets.

Pre-buying tickets

You can pre-buy tickets for games playing at a later time. Your presence in the room is not required for your tickets to play.

Your account is charged immediately when pre-buying.
Tickets are allocated to you and played automatically when the game starts.
You can view your pre-bought tickets in the My Tickets section.

Ticket limits

The maximum number of tickets per game is 120.
This limit applies per game, not per session. For example, you can buy 100 tickets for each of 5 games in a session, totalling 500 tickets.
Some games may restrict all players to the same number of tickets.

Free games

Occasionally there may be free games where all players receive the same number of free tickets, or some players may receive promotional tickets that can only be used on certain games.
