General Rules

1. Official Results

All bets referring to the final result of an event or tournament will be settled on the official result published by the governing authority of the respective sport, league, or event, usually immediately after the conclusion of the event.

2. Tournament Outright Bets

Unless otherwise stated in the exceptions below, in the betting offer, or in the special rules of Volleyball, the principle of "all bets stand" applies to all Tournament Outright bets.

This means that if the team on which the bet has been placed fails to participate for any reason, the bet will be settled as a loser, provided that the tournament takes place.

Only in exceptional circumstances will bets be declared void.

4. Interrupted Matches

6. Venue Changes

If the venue of a match is changed, bets already placed will stand, provided that the designated home team remains the home team.

If the home and away teams for a listed match are reversed, bets placed based on the original listing will be void, except where both venues are neutral.

7. Golden Set

For competitions featuring two-legged ties where a Golden Set is used to determine which team qualifies, the Golden Set will not count for settlement purposes.

  • Which Team Qualifies?

  • Will They Need to Play Golden Set?

  • Any market that specifically references the Golden Set in its description.

8. Match Result Markets

All markets are based on the result at the end of regulation play, unless otherwise stated, such as markets relating to qualification or lifting the trophy.

10. Total Points Markets

Total Points markets require customers to predict whether the total number of points scored will be over or under a specified line.

These markets are offered for:

  • The entire match

  • Individual teams

  • Individual sets

Two-way betting will always be quoted in half-points.

Example:

Under 45.5 Points – 1st Set

5/6

Over 45.5 Points – 1st Set

5/6

Total Points Odd/Even markets are also available.

11. Race to Points Markets

Race to 5, 10, 15, and 20 Points markets are offered for each set. These markets predict which team will reach the specified point total first.

Markets such as "To Win 5th Point", "To Win 10th Point", "To Win 15th Point", etc., should not be confused with Race to markets.

These markets are settled on the relevant point played. For example, if the score is 2-2, whichever team wins the next point will be deemed the winner of the 5th Point market.

12. Correct Score Betting

Correct Score betting is offered for each set and requires customers to predict the exact score of that set.

The market "Team X by Any Other Score" refers to the selected team winning by a score of 25-14 or less.

13. Non Completion

If a competition is not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, BetVictor will settle all bets in accordance with the decision made by the relevant governing body.
